Ethiopia Yirgacheffe 

This is a complex, bright and floral coffee. Tasting notes off the palate include jasmine, caramel, and apricot. Washed.

 

Kenya CHANIA 

One of the most balanced and straight forward single origin beans out there. The palate is left feeling crisp, balanced, and clean. Notes include cocoa, grapefruit and cedar. Washed.

Guatemala HUEHUETENANGO 

Medium bodied, balance of sweetness and acidity with notes of fruit. The body comes alive with notes of red wine, cocoa and pecan. Fully Washed.

Peru fair trade Organic 

This is a medium bodied creamy coffee with mild citric acidity. It features bright, fruity aromas with notes of berry, chocolate and tangerine. Washed.

 

Brazil conquista *also known as house* 

From our family farms in Bahia, Brazil (to learn more, click here). Full bodied, earthy tones. Notes of chocolate hit the pallet first rounded off by roasted peanuts and brown sugar. Finish is clean. Also available in decaf. Semi Washed.

EL SALVADOR

Sweet and juicy with tangy acidity and a smooth mouthfeel. Tasting notes of apple, grapefruit and caramel. Washed.

Mexico ALTURAS 

Nutty fragrance off the nose that is met with dried fruit and a hint of sweetness. The palate brings notes of dark chocolate, peanut and toffee. Washed.

Sumatra Mandheling 

The low acidity allows for complex and earth notes to come out. These include sweet cedar, chocolate and turmeric. Wet Hulled.

A darker version of our single-origin Brazilian beans to bring out the richer, deeper taste needed to stand up to milk. The caramel and chocolate notes are more pronounced. Excellent finish with no bitterness.  Traditional Espresso. Also available in decaf.
